Who owns my data? Do you sell my private information or client database?

You are the sole owner of your data you enter or import in RealOffice360® CRM. The only exception may be is if your account is provided to you, and paid for, by your Team or Brokerage. We do not, under any circumstances, sell your Business details, including your Client Lists. Your business details and private client database information is stored in secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers located in the USA. You can export your client database at any time and also permanently delete it if you wish so. Please read our full Privacy Policy for more information.

Can I cancel or switch plans without incurring any cancellation fees?

Absolutely! Our pricing is flexible and straightforward, allowing you to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time without any cancellation fees or long-term commitments. For our Premium monthly plan, you are billed on a monthly basis, while the Premium annual plan bills you once per year. All plans auto-renew at the end of the billing period, but you have the freedom to change your plan or cancel your account at your convenience. Please note that all payments made are final and non-refundable.
