We have made it even easier for your to run your business with our automated online lead capture feature. Watch like magic as your online leads get automatically created as contacts in your Database AND as Leads on your Opportunity Tracker! Want to make the magic happen? Read below on how you can set this up for your RealOffice360 account.

Overview of Lead Capture Integration

Your success as a real estate professional is dependent on ensuring an adequate flow of qualified leads into your sales pipeline. You can acquire leads through multiple channels, past clients, referrals, friends and family, and online leads. You can get online leads from a number of places which is why with RealOffice360™ we give you the ability to pull in all of those leads and have them automatically populate into both your Database and your Opportunity Tracker.

It works like this:

  • We have created your RealOffice360 email address for lead capture (Yes, you can edit this if you want)

  • You add that email address to your online lead sites (iHomeFinder, Realtor.com, Realtor.ca, MyRealPage, Smartzip, Opcity, RealtyNinja, iHouseWeb, WordPress) and we have shown you how to do this below

  • Any time you get a lead from that site, they will automatically be added to your Database and Opportunity tracker as a lead

  • We will also forward you the exact email you would normally get as a lead so you get it in all the same places as before


What happens when I get a Lead

When you have connected your online websites to RealOffice360, your leads will automatically be added to your account like magic! Here is what that looks like:

Lead Information: Name, Email, Phone

If your lead contains any name, email or phone numbers, we will automatically add that too their contact information in your Database on RealOffice360.

Lead Information: Buyer or Seller

If your lead has ticked a box on your website that gives an indication to us as to whether they are buyers or sellers, we will attach that information to their Opportunity Card on the Opportunity Tracker. Now this is only our best guess but it should be correct the majority of the time

Lead Information: Additional Comments

If your lead has added any additional comments such as, the type of home they want, their home search requirements, the type of buyer or seller they are, or any additional notes. All of this information will be populated as a note on their Client Profile so you can refer to it at any time.

What about the actual lead email?

Don’t worry, you will get that too! Once we run our magic on the email and add all of this information into RealOffice360™, we will then forward this email on to your primary email address (the one you use to log in to RealOffice360) so you have that as a record as well!

Creating your RealOffice360 Email for Lead Capture

You will find all of your information about online lead capture in your Account Settings, which is found in the upper righthand corner of the software.

From your Account Settings, you will see a section called “Lead Integration”

Upon clicking on this tab, you see the screen below. You can copy your unique RealOffice360 email directly from the page. If you wish to change the email, you can do so as well. Please note, if the name is already taken, you will not be able to use that email.

Once you have the email copied, go on to the next step and add it as your email on your lead capture website!

Setting up Lead Capture - Realtor.com

RealSuite Login

Six steps to setting up your realtor.com / RealSuite account for online lead capture with RealOffice360™

1. Go to your RealSuite account login, https://accounts.move.com

2. Once you are logged in to your RealSuite Dashboard, click on “Settings” in dropdown menu of your profile in the upper righthand corner of the dashboard.

3. On your “Settings” page, under “Advertising” section, you will see “Lead Settings,” click here. This will open three boxes:

4. The three boxes you will see are

  • “ConnectionsSM for Buyers”

  • “Profile leads”

  • “Courtesy leads”

For each of the boxes, you will see a “Change” button in the bottom left corner. This will open a drop down list with several options.

5. With the drop down list open, you want to select “CRM (Customer Relationship Management)”. Once this is selected, you will see a box where you can enter your RealOffice360 Lead Capture email address.

6. Below the drop down selection and email input field you will see two options under “Email Format”. Select “HTML” and click “Save”

Just so you know! Any lead we get from Realtor.com will create a client with their full name, email, and phone number if provided. Any other fields sent our way will be added as a note on the Client’s Profile.

Setting up Lead Capture - Realtor.ca

Realtor.ca Lead Capture Process Set up

To update your Realtor.ca lead capture email you will need to contact your technical team at your local real estate board. Specifically:

  1. Create your RealOffice360™ email. See the step above ( example@ro360mail.com)

  2. Inform them that you would like your Realtor.ca leads and contact information sent to this address.

  3. Wait 24 hours for the changes to be updated on the Realtor.ca side

Setting up Lead Capture - MyRealPage

Four Easy Steps to Setup myRealPage Lead Capture for RealOffice360™

1. Go to your myRealPage login page:  https://private-office.myrealpage.com/wps/rest/auth/private-office

2. Upon logging in to your account, under the “Website” tab, you will see “Contact Info.” Click there.

3. Once in “Contact Info”, update your email to your RealOffice360™ email your created in the step above ( example@ro360mail.com)

4. Very Important! Make sure update your email address in the “Contact Info” section under the “Listings” tab as well.

Just so you know! Any lead we get from your myRealPage website will create a client with their full name, email, and phone number if provided. Any other fields sent our way will be added as a note on the Client’s Profile.

Four Easy Steps to Setup SmartZip Lead Capture for RealOffice360™

1. Go to your Smartzip login page:  https://app.smartzip.com/signin

2. Upon logging in to your account, click on your “Profile” and then select “Account Settings”.  

3. Once in your Account Settings, click “Add” next to secondary email; type in your RealOffice360™ email your created in the step above ( example@ro360mail.com)

4. Very Important! Make sure that the “Send Notifications” checkbox is checked.

Just so you know! Any lead we get from your SmartZip website will create a client with their full name, email, and phone number if provided. Any other fields sent our way will be added as a note on the Client’s Profile.

Three Easy Steps to Setup RealtyNinja Lead Capture for RealOffice360™

  1. Login to your RealtyNinja account: www.yourdomain.com/login (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name).

  2. Click "Settings" then click "Leads". Then click into the "Lead BCC Email" field.
