We all chat with our friends, family and clients through the web. Why not chat with our past clients, future clients, and anyone who wants to have a conversation about real estate with us? That's why we built the Messages App, so you can chat with your clients any time without fear of all that anti-spam legislation out there.

3-1. Who You Can Message
Here is what you need to know about messaging in RealOffice360™:
1. You can send direct messages to any of your HomeHub360™ clients,
2. You can receive direct messages from any of your HomeHub360™ clients,
3. You can receive email notifications anytime you get a message from your HomeHub360™ clients and,
4. Your clients can recieve email notifications anytime they get a message from you.

You and your clients will get new message notifications in the chat bubble at the top of the app, see below:
To send a message you can click here and go to the Message Centre or you can send a message directly from a client profile.
3-2. Sending A Message
You can send a message to your HomeHub360™ clients two ways:
1. From the Client Profile or,
2. From the Message Centre.
Client Profile - Send Message
To send your client a message from their profile, click on the message icon below their profile image. This will open a chat thread with your client in a right side panel.
Message Centre - Send Message
To send your client a message from the Message Centre, click on "New Conversation" and select any HomeHub360™ client you wish to message.
3-3. Sending Support Messages
You may have noticed that little chat icon in the bottom right corner. That isn't for messaging your clients, that is for sending us a direct message! Whether you just want to say hi or if you are having an issue that will come straight to us! Give it try and see what happens next!
